Refund policy

Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. Contact us before returning an item so we can provide return instructions.

Returned parts must be in the same condition in which they were received and must include the original identifying marks. Items that have been installed, modified, disassembled, damaged after delivery, or are missing identifying marks may not be eligible for a refund.

Return shipping

The buyer is responsible for return shipping unless we sent the wrong item or the item arrived damaged. Original shipping and freight charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Fitment and part verification

Compatibility information is provided as a guide. Please compare the photos, SKU, OEM part number, Hollander interchange, vehicle options, and connector details before ordering. Contact us with your VIN if you need help confirming fitment.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Contact us promptly at 586-473-6538 or store@modernmusclesalvage.com and include photos of the item and packaging. Keep all packaging until the claim is resolved.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Bank processing times may vary.

Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.
